I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, nice, and exactly like the photos. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the airport and a direct bus to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had a safe and convenient trip.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more diverse options.

I recently stayed at the Szafir Bed & Breakfast for a layover in Katowice. The location was excellent, just a 15-minute drive from the airport. They even found a service that accepts credit cards, which is not common in Poland. The café at the hotel was a standout feature, serving delicious salads, burgers, and cakes. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was excellent, as it was really close to the airport and there was even a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation to and from the airport convenient. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a bonus for us since we traveled by car. The self-check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. Additionally, the service at the bar located below the hotel was great, with friendly staff who even served us food late at night. The breakfast had a broad choice of options and was reasonably priced.
Everything was great.

stayed at a b&b in Rogoznik, but Szafir Bed & Breakfast outshone it. A quiet weekend gave us a pleasant surprise: a clean, modern room with new furniture and a playground for the kids. Close to the airport and a beautiful lake for walks.

In the morning, I woke up to the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. The buffet breakfast at the bed and breakfast was a feast fit for a king, with an impressive spread of both local delicacies and international favorites. From fluffy pancakes to crispy bacon, I indulged my taste buds and started the day on a high note.
Noisy room.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. Despite their limited English skills, they went out of their way to assist us. The hotel's proximity to the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, was a major advantage, especially since we had a layover in Katowice. the hotel was conveniently located, with a Bolt ride taking us to the city center in just 25 minutes. The newly furnished rooms provided a comfortable and cozy experience, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the restaurant served the most delicious tomato soup I've ever tasted, making my Christmas meal truly memorable.
One drawback of the hotel was that the rooms were situated on the second floor without an elevator, which could pose difficulties for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. while the staff did their best to assist despite the language barrier, it would have been more convenient if they had better proficiency in English.

Szafir had a bar and free WiFi, perfect for drinking and scrolling through memes all night. The garden and terrace gave me a place to sip my wine and judge the other guests.
Oh, did I mention the lovely soundproofing? I could hear every intimate conversation and toilet flush from every room and corridor.

Super convenient location - just 15 min from the airport by car and 25 min to the city center using Bolt. The hotel is brand new, with clean and spacious rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The tomato soup at the on-site bar was the best we have ever had! The staff went above and beyond to assist, helping us with a late-night meal and finding us a taxi service that accepts credit cards. The bar crew was friendly and the food was delicious. The rooms were perfect for a short stay, clean, welcoming, and even had complimentary water and tea. The language barrier was manageable, and the staff was respectful and tried their best. a mind-blowing experience, definitely worth staying here!

Our stay at Szafir was a pleasant one. The hotel is almost new, with modern rooms that are well-furnished and clean. The bathroom and shower were also clean and well-maintained. We found the staff to be very kind and accommodating. The breakfast provided was sufficient for our needs. The electronic kettle, TV, big windows, and good lighting in the room were definite pluses. We also appreciated the ease of getting an early check-out in the middle of the night.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some trouble with the air conditioning and the hotel's proximity to a noisy street, overall our experience at Szafir was positive. The hotel's soundproofing against road noises was good, however, there was no soundproofing between rooms and the corridor, which made it quite noisy at times.
